Surprise Cookies





1 roll (18 oz.) Peanut Butter or Sugar Cookies


18 mini Snickers or Milky Way candy bars








1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.





2. Divide cookie dough into 18-1 tablespoon pieces and flatten.





3. Place one unwrapped mini candy bar in center of each piece of cookie dough.





4. Form dough into a ball around candy bar.





5. Place cookie balls on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.





Option: Gently blend 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour with cookie dough prior to dividing for firmer dough.Easy cookie recipes?

End Zone Cookies


1 cup crunchy peanut butter


1 cup soft butter


1 cup white sugar


1 cup lightly-packed brown sugar


2 eggs


1 teaspoon vanilla


2 cups quick rolled oats


2 cups all-purpose flour


1 teaspoon baking soda


1-1陆 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips





Cream together peanut butter, butter, white and brown sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy.


Combine oats, flour and baking soda, and stir into peanut butter mixture.


Add chocolate chips. If the dough is still really sticky, add in a little more flour.


Drop by spoonfuls onto un-greased baking sheets. Place in oven at 325 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.


Cool on rack.


Makes 4 dozen.
Chocolate Chip Cookies





Ingredients:


1 cup butter, softened


1/2 cup sugar


1 cup dark brown sugar


2 eggs


2 teaspoons vanilla


2 1/2 cups flour


1/2 teaspoon baking soda


1/2 teaspoon salt


2 cups chocolate chips





Directions:


Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, and continue to beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla.


Mix flour, baking soda and salt together. Gradually add to creamed mixture and stir until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.





Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees F. for 18 to 24 minutes.

My Aunt Edna鈥檚 No Mix Cookies








graham cracker crumbs - 1 1/2 cups





Toffee chips - 12 oz.





chocolate chips - 6 oz.





butterscotch chips - 6 oz.





flaked coconut - 1 cup





chopped nuts - 1 cup





sweetened condensed milk - 1 can





1/2 cup of margarine

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF COOKIES





melt the margarine in a 9x13 pan


1st layer - even layer of graham crackers on the bottom


2nd through 6th layers - in this order, sprinkle evenly across bottom of pan: toffee chips, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut and nuts


7th layer - drizzle the sweetened condensed milk across the top


.


Bake it, at 350 degrees. About a hour. Or until you notice it is brown.


Turn the oven off. Remove the cookie bars, with pot holders, they are hot.


Completely allow the bars to cool - then cut them into desired shapes.
