The absolute, never fail, easiest cookie recipe ever is my mom's peanut butter cookie recipe. You cheat a little by using a cake mix but all you need to do is mix together:

1 package of yellow cake mix

1 cup of peanut butter (I prefer chunky)

1/2 cup of cooking oil (do NOT use olive oil)

2 tablespoons of water

2 eggs

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Press down with a fork dipped in flower to make the criss-cross. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 (preheated oven). Leave on cookie sheet for one minute before removing then cool completely.

The cake mix makes the cookies moist and the peanut putter makes them yummy. They melt in your mouth. I recently added chocolate chips and all my coworkers loved them and asked for the recipe. M%26amp;M's would also be a good viration.
THIS IS PERFECT FOR ANYONE BEING A ';LOLA CROCKER';-'BETTY CROCKERS SISTER-(WHO EXCELLED IN AUTO/SHOP CLASS VERSES HOME ECONOMICS). GET 1 BAG OF REESES MINIATURES PEANUT BUTTER CUPS, 1 BAG OF HERSHEYS 'CARMEL' KISSES, 1 BAG OF MINI-PRETZELS, AND 1 BAG OF PECAN 1/2'S. UNWRAP ALL CHOCOLATES FROM THERE WRAPPERS AND PLACE IN THERE OWN CONTAINERS. NEXT TAKE A PLATE THAT IS MICROWAVE SAFE WITH A PIECE OF WAX PAPER ON TOP OF IT. PLACE PETZELS FLAT ON TOP OF WAX PAPER(YOU'LL ONLY BE ABLE TO DO 10-15 PRETZELS PER PLATE),THEN TAKE EITHER ONE OR OTHER OF CHOCOLATES BUT MAKE IT ALL THE SAME KIND DUE TO MELTING TIME DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THEM. PLACE CHOCOLATE DIRECTLY IN CENTER OF PRETZEL, THEN PLACE IN MICROWAVE FOR LESS THAN A MINUTE,(YOU WANT THEM TO BE SOFT BUT YOU DON'T WANT THEM TO SOFT), CAUSE THERE CENTERS END UP COMING OUT OF THEM AND YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOSE IT TO THE WAX PAPER. ONCE TAKING THEM OUT OF MICRO-MELT DOWN PLACE 1 HALF PECAN ON TOP OF THE CHOCOLATE FIRMLY- BUT NOT TO HARD. TAKE PLATE WITH PRETZEL-CHOCOLATE-PECAN 1/2 AND PLACE IN FRIGERATED AREA-FREEZER WORKS ALSO AND LET CHILL FOR 1 HR. AND THERE READY. IF YOUR MAKING THEM FOR COOKIE TIN PRESENTS MAKE SURE THEY STAY IN A DRY,COOL AREA UNTIL TIME OF DELIVERY. BEST OF LUCK. IF I CAN DO IT SO CAN YOU. I STILL TILL THIS DAY CAN'T EVEN MAKE JELLO RIGHT, JUST GIVING YOU MY 'LOLA CROCKER SKILLS'.
