Any good and easy sugar cookie recipes?

ok i need to make 15-20 sugar cookies by 7 tonight! please help!!!





also if you have any smoothie ideas that would be greatAny good and easy sugar cookie recipes?
These cookies are called Nankhatai and they are SOOOO good, if you don't have ghee (you can find it at any Indian grocery store) you can use butter. ( like to use challenge brand European style butter)





戮 cup(generous) Flour


1/8 tsp Cooking Soda


录 cup Powdered Sugar


1/3 cup (generous) Ghee (Clarified Butter)


录 tsp Cardamom and Nutmeg (Powdered)








Cream the sugar and the ghee until well blended.








Sift the flour with the soda. Add this to the sugar-ghee mixture. Add the cardamom and nutmeg powders. Make a dough and divide into small balls. Flatten each ball onto a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 180 C.





Allow to cool and dig in.





Also they go extremly well with mango lassi with is a yogurt and mango smoothie. Just look up the recipe it is very easy to make.Any good and easy sugar cookie recipes?
sorry i dont know any, but u could run 2 the store and pick up some mix or buy some
