Does anyone have an easy cookie recipe?

how can I make cookies with flour, sugar and eggs. and maybe a few other house hold items if needed.Does anyone have an easy cookie recipe?

Peanut Butter Cookies :





1 1/4 cups flour


1/2 teaspoon baking powder


3/4 teaspoon baking soda


1/8 teaspoon salt


1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature


1/2 cup granulated sugar, plus 1/3 cup for rolling


1/2 cup brown sugar


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1 egg


1/2 cup creamy peanut butter


1/2 cup salted peanuts, roughly chopped





how to:


- Adjust rack to center of oven and heat to 350° F. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.





- In a bowl, with an electric mixer on medium, beat the butter until light and fluffy. Add 1/2 cup of the granulated sugar, the brown sugar, and vanilla and beat until incorporated. Add the egg and combine, then add the peanut butter. Reduce speed to low, add the flour mixture, and beat until incorporated. Stir in the peanuts.





- Form the dough into 1 1/2-inch balls. Roll in the remaining sugar and place on a baking sheet, 2 inches apart. Using the back of a fork, gently press the cookies to form a crisscross pattern.





- Bake 12 to 16 minutes or until just golden. Cool on racks.

Potato Chip Cookies :





1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature


1/2 cup granulated sugar, plus 1/2 cup more for coating


1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


2 cups all-purpose flour


1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


3/4 cup potato chips, crushed


1/2 cup pecans, chopped





how to:


- Heat oven to 375°F. Cream the butter and 1/2 cup sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer on high speed. Lower to medium speed and add the vanilla. Add the flour and cinnamon to the butter mixture. Beat on low speed until incorporated. Fold in the potato chips and pecans.





- Form into approximately 1 1/2-inch balls. Dredge in the remaining sugar. Place on parchment- or foil-lined baking sheets, 2 inches apart.





- Bake until golden brown around the edges, about 13 minutes. Let cool on sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.

Lemon-Chamomile Shortbread Cookies :





1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter


1/2 cup sugar


1/4 teaspoon salt


grated zest from 1 lemon


1 teaspoon loose chamomile tea


2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour





how to:


- Heat oven to 325° F. Combine the butter, sugar, and salt in a mixer and beat until light and fluffy. Blend in the lemon zest, loose tea, and flour until smooth. Press into an 8-inch square cake pan.





- Bake 30 minutes or just until the shortbread begins to turn golden. Cut into 9 squares, then cut each square into 2 triangles.





- Cool completely on a wire rack. Remove the shortbread cookies from the pan.

Spritz Cookies (German Spritzgebaeck) :





100g powder (icing) sugar


200g soft butter


2 dessert spoons milk


1 medium size egg


1 packer vanilla sugar


pinch of salt


50g dark chocolate


270g flour


baking paper





how to:


- Sieve the powder sugar. Cut the butter into pieces. Beat the powder sugar and butter with a hand or electric whisk until creamy and smooth. Add the milk, egg, salt and vanilla sugar gradually; beating well after each addition.





- Finely grate the chocolate. Carefully fold in the grated chocolate and flour into the butter and egg mixture. Put the cookie dough in a piping bag with a large star shaped nozzle.





- Line 2 or 3 baking sheets with baking paper. Pipe rings onto the baking sheet. Bake one tray at a time in a pre heated oven at 175 degrees C for 15 minutes.





- Remove from the baking tray and leave to cool.

these are super easy, and sooo good :)


if you dont have corn starch, you can totally skip that part, but if you do that it, add it, cuz it makes them a little bit chewier :)


i put mine in the oven longer than the required time, cuz they werent cooked thoroughly. remember to make them realllly smell when you put them in the oven, like between a teaspoon and tablespoon size :)





Chocolate Chip Cookies


3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened


1 cup brown sugar


1/4 cup granulated sugar


1 egg


2 tsp vanilla extract


2 cups all purpose flour


2 tsp cornstarch


1 tsp baking soda


1/2 tsp salt


8 oz bittersweet chocolate, cut into chunks


  Directions


Preheat oven to 350 F.


Cream together butter and sugars until smooth. Add egg and vanilla and blend in. Stir in flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chunks. Drop by tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown around the edges.


To Assemble


Let cool slightly and enjoy.

Fruity Pebbles Cookies


Makes: 3 dozen Total Time: 20 min

Ingredients:


1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine


3 eggs


1 box (18.25 oz.) yellow cake mix


4 cups Fruity Pebbles Cereal


Preparation


Melt margarine in microwave (about 30 seconds). Add eggs %26amp; mix together.


Add cake mix and stir until blended. Dough will be stiff. Add Fruity Pebbles and blend.





Drop by 1 Tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet about 1/2-inch apart.





Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 13 - 14 min. Cool 1 min before removing from baking sheet.

Preheat oven to 350* Cream the butter and both sugars. Add the beaten egg and vanilla. Sift flour, baking soda and salt and add tothe creamed mixture. Mix thoroughly and add chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake for 7-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown on the edges.

Recipe makes 48 servings





Cinnamon Cookies





Ingredients:





1 cup sugar


1/2 cup butter


1 large egg


1 teaspoon vanilla


1 1/2 cups flour


1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon


1 teaspoon baking powder


1/4 teaspoon salt


cinnamon sugar





Directions:





1. In a mixer bowl, cream together sugar and butter; beat in egg and vanilla.


2. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.


3. Add to butter mixture.


4. Blend well.


5. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or till firm enough to roll into balls.


6. Shape dough into small balls about 3/4-inch in diameter.


7. Roll in cinnamon sugar to coat.


8. Set cookies 1-inch apart on lightly greased cookie sheets.


9. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or till the edges are lightly browned.


10. Cool slightly on pans, then remove to racks to cool completely.

Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies





36 cookies





Ingredients:





1 cup margarine or butter


1/4 cup sugar


3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed


1 teaspoon vanilla





1 (3 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix or instant chocolate pudding mix


2 large eggs


1 teaspoon baking soda


2 1/4 cups flour


1 cup chocolate chips (more or less to taste)


1 cup nuts (optional)





Directions:





1. Mix flour and baking soda and set aside.


2. Then combine margarine, sugars, vanilla, and pudding mix in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth and creamy.


3. Beat in eggs.


4. Gradually add flour mixture.


5. Then stir in chips (batter will be stiff).


6. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet.





** (It works well to roll dough in ball and slightly flatten).





8. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes.

Step 1: Melt the butter in a heavy-bottom medium saucepan over low heat.


Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda and set aside.


Step 3: Pour the melted butter into a large bowl. Add the sugar and brown sugar. Cream the butter and sugars on medium speed. Add the egg, yolk, 2 tablespoons milk and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.


Step 4: Slowly incorporate the flour mixture until thoroughly combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.

FOR HIGH ALTITUDE BAKING (5,200 feet): Increase flour to 2 1/2 cups. Add 2 teaspoons water with flour and reduce both granulated sugar and brown sugar to 2/3 cup each. Bake drop cookies for 8 to 10 minutes and pan cookie for 17 to 19 minutes. hope i helped! (:

add some choc. chips or raisins, and play with the texture of the dough, and you'll find something you like. Experimenting is how you learn. Have fun!
This what I do I know not home made but its easy. Buy some cookies from da store put in da oven set the temp. wait a few minutes and all do! :). Its short and easy and taste the same as homemade. (I can't cook lol)

go to walmart or whatever you want get some Nestle cookie dough make get a tray make'em circles put them on the tray then OVEN AT LIKE 300 degrees then your are done
