Is there any good new cookie recipes that are easy, and that don't have too many ingredients?

These are great!!! Frost them, glaze them, powdered sugar, or just eat them plain! Enjoy!





INGREDIENTS


2 cups butter, softened


1 cup white sugar


2 teaspoons vanilla extract


4 cups all-purpose flour


DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).


Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in vanilla; add flour and mix well.


Put through cookie press and form cookies onto baking sheets. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.Is there any good new cookie recipes that are easy, and that don't have too many ingredients?
Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies


Ingredients:


1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened


1-1/2 cups granulated sugar


1 cup packed light brown sugar


2 eggs


2 teaspoons vanilla extract


1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour


1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa or HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Cocoa


1 teaspoon baking soda


1/2 teaspoon salt


3 cups quick-cooking rolled oats


1/2 cup chopped nuts


Directions:


1. Heat oven to 350掳F.





2. Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy; blend in eggs and vanilla. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, mixing well. Stir in oats and nuts. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.





3. Bake 11 to 12 minutes or until set; cookies will be slightly moist in center. Do not overbake. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 4 dozen cookies.

Double Chocolate KISSES Cookies


Ingredients:


36 HERSHEY'S KISSES Brand Milk Chocolates or HERSHEY'S HUGS Brand Chocolates


1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened


1 cup sugar


1 egg


1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract


1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour


1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa


1/2 teaspoon baking soda


1/4 teaspoon salt


1/4 cup milk


1 can (16 oz.) vanilla ready-to-spread frosting


Directions:


1. Heat oven to 375掳F. Remove wrappers from chocolate pieces.





2. Beat butter, sugar, egg and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt alternately with milk, beating until well blended. Cover; refrigerate dough about 1 hour or until firm enough to handle. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet.





3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Spread frosting onto cookies, leaving about 1/2-inch around outer edge unfrosted; place chocolate piece in center of each cookie. About 3 dozen cookies.

Tuxedo Brownie HUGS Cookies


Ingredients:


60 HERSHEY'S HUGS Brand Chocolates


1 package (1lb. 6.5 oz.) original supreme brownie mix with syrup pouch


1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa


1/4 cup water


1/4 cup vegetable oil


2 eggs


Directions:


1. Remove wrappers from chocolates. Heat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.





2. Stir brownie mix, pouch of HERSHEY'S Syrup, cocoa, water, oil and eggs in medium bowl until well blended. Drop by scant teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheet.





3. Bake 8 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute. Press chocolate into center of each cookie. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 5 dozen cookies.Is there any good new cookie recipes that are easy, and that don't have too many ingredients?
Try picking up a few of the Pillsbury Quick bread mixes. They each have a different cookie recipe on the side of the box. I've tried 3 of them, and they are always a big hit. Tonight I tried the pumpkin, they are delicious! Good luck!
Peanut Butter Crunchies


3 cups sugar


1 1/2 cups dark corn syrup


3 cups peanut butter


15 cups cornflakes


PREPARATION:


Combine sugar and syrup; bring to a boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and cornflakes. Mix well. Spread mixture onto a greased cookie sheet. Cut into squares.





I've personally had the hay stacks they are good you can use any chocolate chip flavor...... mint chip chocolate chip is my favorite...





Hay Stacks





This microwave candy is made with chow mein noodles and butterscotch chips.


INGREDIENTS:


1 cup butterscotch chips


1/2 cup peanut butter


1/2 cup peanuts


2 cups chow mein noodles


PREPARATION:


Microwave the butterscotch chips and peanut butter on 50 percent power for 3 to 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and blend to coat noodles thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
if you go to the grocrey store in the baking section there will be a ';Just Add Water and Bake, '; for cookies. You have a wide selection because there will be or should be alot to chose from. Hope thAT I could help
