Does anyone know any good cookie recipes that are easy to bake?

it has differnet types of recipes but I do not know what their difficulties areDoes anyone know any good cookie recipes that are easy to bake?
MINI SNOWBALLS 1/2C butter 1/2C crisco shortening 1tsp vanilla 2C all purpose flour 1C chopped pecans Cream butter, shortening, and vanilla, add pecans, add flour. Mix just til together, don't over mix...pinch off and form in one inch balls .bake at 350 10-12 min. just lightly brown, cool til just warm and roll in powdered sugar. I have made this recipe for maybe 30 years. I love it and hope you do too.Does anyone know any good cookie recipes that are easy to bake?

Raisin-Filled Cookies





Ingredients





1 c brown sugar


1 c cold water


1 1/4 c raisins


4 tb flour


Dough:


1 c butter


2 c brown sugar


3 eggs


4 c flour


vanilla; to taste


1 ts baking soda





Instructions





Cook filling until clear. Let cool.


Combine dough ingredients. Put in refrigerator


for at least 15 minutes. Roll out very thin.


With biscuit cutter or glass, make circles of


dough. Put about a teaspoon on filling on dough


circle, top with another circle. Press edges to


seal.


Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes.
EASY AND WONDERFUL NO BAKE COOKIES





2 cups white sugar


4 teaspoons cocoa


1/2 cup milk


1 stick butter


2 tablespoons peanut butter


1 teaspoon vanilla


3 3/4 cup quick oats


1 cup coconut





In a medium size saucepan combine sugar, cocoa, milk and one stick of butter. It's best for butter to be at room temperature.


Melt butter at medium heat and stir all ingredients together. Continue to stir until all ingredients come to a boil.


Once boiling, remove from heat and allow to stand for one minute.


Add vanilla and peanut butter and mix well. Stir in oats and coconut.


Put a large sheet of aluminum foil or wax paper out on the counter and place little scoops of your new treat on it. Serve while still warm or at room temperature.

Easy peanut butter cookies





mix together:





1 cup sugar


1 cup peanut butter


1 egg





drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet %26amp; bake at 325 degrees until golden brown.

Any flavor cake mix.


1/2 c. oil


2 eggs


vanilla to taste





Mix all ingredients together. Drop by spoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until done.





How easy is that!? They are soft and delicious! Good luck!
