Use refrigerated cookie dough and drop into greased small muffin tins cook as directed on package. When they come out of oven press unwrapped small Reese's peanut butter cups in center. You can substitute also any kind of Hershey kisses. Let set for a few minutes remove and cool on rack.Does anyone have any easy cookie recipe that is hard to mess up? lol?
Buy some cookie dough in the supermarkets, really hard to mess that up and they are actually pretty good too.
Buy the roll-out cookie dough and slice it to the size you want. Then bake them.

I made squash cookies with leftover squash. Just added it to some flour, an egg, a bit of cooking oil, a bit of baking powder and some sugar. You can tell how much flour and oil by the consistency. I also added chocolate chips. Then I put spoonfuls on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam and flattened them down a bit. Baked at 350 for about 15 minutes. I enjoyed them but the ';others'; in my home thought it needed more sugar.
125g butter

2/3 can condensed milk

1/2 cup caster sugar

100g choc bits

2 cups plain flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

mix butter with sugar add milk, then flour with baking powder. Finally hand mix the choc bits in.

Bake for about 15 to 20 min moderate oven. Baking time depends on how big a cookie you make. My kids love em huge
go to pillsbury site and use the fridge cookies...very easy and no worries about burning the last batch. Also, you may want to check with your daughters school, here in Arizona they don't allow homemade items, nor to they allow junk food, look for health snacks..
