COLONIAL EASY COOKIES
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 c. oatmeal
Combine together. Mix all ingredients like pie crust until soft; flatten small balls of dough on ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes
EASY PEANUT BUTTER CUP COOKIES
1 pkg. peanut butter (or sugar) cookie dough, frozen Pillsbury
36 miniature Reese's peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Slice the frozen dough into 9 sections, quarter each section. Roll each quarter into a ball and drop into mini-muffin pan (lightly spray pan with ';Pam'; if not Teflon coated). Bake per package instructions.
Immediately after taking pan out of oven, press a peanut butter cup into center of cookie. Let cool slightly before trying to remove from the pans. For easier removal try using a very thin knife blade and slide around the edges. Let the chocolate re-harden and you can stack them into any tight container. Store in cool area or freeze.

Funfetti Cookies
1 box Pillsbury Funfetti cake mix
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
Bake for 6-8 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 3 dozen
The website suggests icing with Funfetti canned icing,but my family likes them plain.
Chocolate Hay Stacks!
1 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks
1 cup butterscotch chips
2 cups chow mein noodles
2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1/2 cup PLANTERS Salted Peanuts
MICROWAVE chocolate chunks and butterscotch chips in medium microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until almost melted, stirring after 1-1/2 minutes. Stir until completely melted.
ADD remaining ingredients; stir until evenly coated.
DROP teaspoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto large sheet of wax paper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm.
Buy Pillsbury refrigerated cookie dough (in a roll).
Slice.
Bake.
Eat or Serve!
