Make up your most favorite oatmeal raisin cookie dough and add some candied pecans or walnuts. Bake the cookies according to directions and let them cool. Melt semi-sweet and white chocolates on a double boiler. Dip half of each cookie in the semisweet and place on sprayed waxed paper. Drizzle with white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed toffee bits. These never cease to amaze recipients and are a snap to make!
