Easy and quick cookie recipes?

I have to bake cookies for my brothers school by morning, it's too late to visit the supermarket so i have to use stuff that are around the house... any ideas for an easy and quick cookie recipe? Please give ingredients and way to do it? and thank youEasy and quick cookie recipes?

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 cups unsalted butter


3/4 cup confectioners' sugar


3/4 teaspoon salt


1 1/2 cups finely ground almonds


4 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract


3 cups sifted all-purpose flour


1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for rolling


DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).


Cream butter or margarine in a bowl, gradually add confectioners' sugar and salt. Beat until light and fluffy. Add almonds and vanilla. Blend in flour gradually and mix well.


Shape into balls (or crescents) using about 1 teaspoon for each cookie. Place on ungreased cookie sheets, and bake for 15-20 min. Do not brown. Cool slightly, then roll in the extra confectioners' sugar.

YOU DONOT HAVE TO USE UNSALTED BUTTER AND YOU CAN USE PECANS INSTEAD OF ALMONDS.
In a bowl mix any nuts, dried fruits such as raisins, craisins, prunes, dates and/or apricots, then add mini marshmallows or large chopped up marshmallows and any breakfast cereal. In another bowl melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Add a bit of peanut butter to the melted chocolate if wanted. Mix all together and immediately form into balls on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Yummy and no bake and very forgiving! Store in the fridge.

I'll give you the quickest and easiest recipes I have:








NO-BAKE COOKIES





2 Cups sugar


1/4 Cups cocoa


1/2 Cups milk


1 stick of butter


1 tsp vanilla


pinch of salt --- about 1/8 teaspoon


1/2 Cups peanut butter


3 Cups quick-cooking oats





Use a wire whisk to stir together the sugar and cocoa in a large pot. Whisk in the milk and add the butter. Put it on a stove burner set at medium heat, and, once the butter has melted, wait for it to get bubbly (stirring it almost constantly). After it's bubbly, set off burner for one minute, then add vanilla, salt and peanut butter.





Stir them in thoroughly. Then stir in the oats.





Drop by spoonful onto waxed paper and allow to cool. Refrigeration is not necessary, just store in a cool place in a well-sealed container.





You can also grease an 8 or 9 inch dish, then pour the cookie batter into it. Allow to cool. Cut into bars. You can refrigerate it if you prefer.





Makes about 3 - 4 dozen, depending on cookie size.








SNICKERDOODLES





1 C Butter or margarine


3/4 C + 1 Tbs Sugar


1 3/4 C Flour; all-purpose


2 tsp Cinnamon


1/2 tsp Salt; (optional)


3/4 C Brown sugar; packed


2 Eggs


2 C Uncooked oats


1 tsp Baking soda








Heat oven to 375F. Use parchment paper.


In large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar and 3/4 cup granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs; mix well.


In medium bowl, combine flour, oats, 1 tsp cinnamon, soda and salt.


Add to sugar mixture; mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.


In small bowl, combine remaining 1 T sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon;


sprinkle lightly over each cookie. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire cooling rack.





Makes 40 cookies.











OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES made with whole wheat flour





Whisk together:





1 Cup plain flour


1 Cup whole wheat flour


1 teaspoon baking soda


1 teaspoon salt


3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon





Set aside.





2 sticks UNsalted butter, softened


1 Cup white sugar


1 Cup light brown sugar, packed


2 eggs


2 teaspoons vanilla extract, optional





Mix together in large mixer bowl with electric mixer on HIGH. Once it is thoroughly mixed, add the flour mixture a little at time.





Stir in:





2 Cups of quick oats


1 Cup raisins





If the dough seems dry, add 1 to 2 Tablespoons of skim milk.





Place by Tablespoonful (cookie scoop) onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper press with fork to slightly flatten them. (or make two logs of dough and cut into discs) Bake 8 - 10 minutes in a preheated 375 degree oven.


Makes 3 or 4 dozen.





CLASSIC BUTTER COOKIES


* Serves 96


1 cup butter


1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar


1 egg


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour


1 teaspoon baking soda


1 teaspoon cream of tartar


1/4 teaspoon salt





Cream the butter in a large mixing bowl, gradually add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla.





Combine the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt. Add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture.





For all the types of cookie shapes preheat oven to 400 degrees F before baking. Bake all cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet.





Shape the dough in one of the following ways: Roll out the chilled dough and cut with cookie cutters. Sprinkle with colored sugar if desired. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes.





OR: Form dough into logs 2 inches in diameter and slice 1/8 inch thick when chilled. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired, and bake for 7 to 9 minutes.


OR: Shape into balls and bake. Balls may be rolled in sugar mixed with cinnamon if desired. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.


OR: Put unchilled dough into a cookie press and press into desired shapes chill shaped cookies before baking. Bake chilled cookies for 8 to 10 minutes.


OR: Add 1 cup chopped walnuts and 1/2 cup flour to dough. Chill then shape into balls and bake for 8 to10 minutes. Roll still warm cookies in confectioners' sugar. Once cool sprinkle chilled cookies with more confectioners' sugar.
