Looking fo rsimple easy cookie recipes?

These r by far the best chewy cookies I've ever had. These r real simple to make and take not more than 20-25 minutes to make 3-4 dozen cookies. Also, these r very healthy and they taste heavenly.





Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies





Ingredients:


1 cup Butter


1/2 cup Sugar/1/3 cup splenda


1-1/2 cups Brown Sugar /1 cup splenda brown sugar


2 large Eggs


1-1/2 tsp Vanilla extract


1-1/2 cups White Flour, Unbleached


1/4 tsp Sea Salt


1 tsp Baking Soda


1/4 tsp Allspice (ground)


1/4 tsp ground Cloves


1/2 tsp ground Nutmeg


1-1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon


3 cups rolled oats, Quick/instant


1 cup Raisins


3/4 cup chopped Walnuts





Preheat oven to 375掳F. Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets, set aside.





In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Beat in eggs until well blended, then mix in vanilla. Stir together flour, salt, soda, allspice, cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add to butter mixture; stir well. Stir in oats, raisins and walnuts until evenly moistened.





Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheets, spacing about 2'; apart.





Bake until cookies are golden, but center are still soft (10-12 minutes). If using 1 oven, switch position of pans halfway through cooking. Transfer cookies to racks to cool. Serve, or store airtight up to 3 days.

1 cup. butter


1 cup. sugar


1 cup. brown sugar


2 eggs


2 1/2 cups. oatmeal (powdered in blender)


1/2 tsp. salt


1 tsp. baking powder


1 tsp. baking soda


1 tsp. vanilla


2 cups. flour


1 pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)


1 1/2 cups. nuts (optional)


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream butter and sugars. Blend in eggs; add oatmeal. Mix dry ingredients. Mix will be very stiff. Mix in chips and nuts. Put 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 minutes - no more!

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter


3/4 cups white sugar


3/4 brown sugar


2 eggs


2 cups all-purpose flour


1 teaspoon salt


1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


1 teaspoon baking soda


2 cups oatmeal


1 teaspoon hot water


1 cup raisins


2 teaspoon vanilla extract





Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a cookie sheet.


First, add the butter and sugars into a mixing bowl and cream with mixer. Add the eggs and mix well. With a large spoon mix in the flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and the oatmeal, mix well.





Add the water, raisins, and vanilla. Flour a workspace and with a rolling pin or your hands make a ';snake'; with the dough and cut it into several pieces or in a pretzel shape. Place on the prepared cookie sheet.





Bake for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on how thick you snakes are). Let them sit and cool on the stove.





Serve on a plate and a glass of milk; garnish with something that you can BAM! with.











mocha chocolate chip cookies


2 1/4 cups flour


1 teaspoon salt


1 teaspoon baking soda


1/4 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg


1 teaspoon cinnamon


1/2 pound margarine


1 cup light brown sugar


1/2 cup granulated sugar


2 tablespoons chocolate syrup


1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla


2 eggs


1 1/2 teaspoons mocha or coffee or cappuccino powder mixed with 2 tablespoons hot water


18 ounces (1 1/2 12-ounce bags) chocolate chips


1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts





Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.


Mix flour, salt, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon and put aside.





In mixer, beat margarine, sugars, chocolate syrup, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beat until smooth, approximately 5 minutes. Add dry ingredients, coffee mixture, chocolate chips, and nuts and mix by hand with wooden spoon until mixed.





Drop on baking sheet by rounded teaspoons, about 2-inches apart, and bake for 12 to14 minutes. Cool and eat!Looking fo rsimple easy cookie recipes?
EASY COOKIES





1 c. sugar


1 c. butter


1 c. flour


1 tsp. soda


2 c. oatmeal





Combine together. Mix all ingredients like pie crust until soft; flatten small balls of dough on ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.


Makes 4 dozen.

Chocolate Chunk Skillet Cookie from Pampered Chef


1 pkg. refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough


1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chunks or morsels


1/2 c. walnuts, chopped


1 bar favorite chocolate candy


Oven safe skillet, or wrap the handle with foil.





Preheat oven to 350. Press dough into large skillet.


Top with chocolate chunks. Coarsely chop walnuts; sprinkle over dough. Cut candy bars into 1/4 inch thick slices; arrange over dough.





Bake 25-30 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown.


Cool 10 minutes.





Cut into wedges and serve.
