cake mix cookies.
1 box cake mix, any flavor, we prefer yellow or chocolate
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
mix well and drop by spoonfuls of greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. You can also add things to the batter like chocolate chips, m %26amp; m's, nuts. My 14 year old son has been making these since he was about 10.

Dump cake
1-2 cans of favorite fruit pie filling
dry packages cake mix of your favorite flavor
stick butter
Cover bottom of baking dish with pie filling.Next cover with dry cake mix,use straight out of box,don't mix according to package directions.Put small slices of butter on top at about 1-2 inches apart.Bake in 375 degree oven until top is golden brown.It is good served with ice cream.
I learned this recipe at her age.Its pretty easy.
The next one is a cookie recipe.
Chocolate peanut butter chip cookies
1 package super moist choc. cake mix(no pudding in mix)
1/2 C. softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 package peanut butter chips
1/2 c. nuts,optional
Mix 1/2 cake mix,butter,vanilla and eggs until smooth.Stir in remaining cake mix,peanut butter chips and nuts.Drop dough on ungreased cookie sheet.Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.cool and serve.

melt some butter about 1cup in a pan, then add 1/2cup cocoa, and 1.5cup sugar.
stir until melted. Then stir in 1 cup of rolled oats, 2cup of coconut. Mix until well blended. Can add sliced almonds or peanuts if desired. Drop cookies onto waxed paper and let cool.

Buy the Tolls house that are ready to bake. She could bake them herself. The cost is the same as buying chocolate chips and getting all the ingredients.

go to the store, get HERSHEYS brand choocolate chip semi sweet chips, and flip it over, there is your easy reciepe. IF you want to make it 'fluffy', beat the batter for 1 min longer. You can also put these in a tall cookie sheet and make chocolate chip cookie bars! absolutely the best!!!
I would say.. dont just go and pick a cookie mix from a store. she will have fun making her own cookie with a recipe she cud keep forever may be.
So here's one... Peanut Cookies.
INGREDIENTS
Flour-250gms
Margarine- 200gms
Sugar(powdered)-180gms
Baking powder- 2tsp
Vanilla essence- 2 caps
Peanut (crushed)-200gms (u cud also use any other nut)
METHOD
Mix margarine and sugar and beat till light and fluffy. Add essence and blend well. Add crushed peanut(abt 2 handfull) to this mixture. Sieve flour and baking powder together. fold in the flour to the creamed mixture gently( add some warm milk if necessary to make a soft dough). Mix it very gently dont apply pressure. Shape into small round and roll over crushed nuts. Place on a greased tray and bake at 180d C for 15-20 mins.

Choco-Peanut-Oatmeal Cookies
Original recipe yield: 5 dozen.
Servings:

INGREDIENTS:
* 1/2 cup milk
* 2 cups white sugar
* 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
* 3 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
* 1/2 cup butter
* 3 cups rolled oats
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
1. Wipe 1'; wide band of butter around the rim of a 3 quart pan to prevent boil-over.
2. Combine milk, sugar, cocoa, butter and peanut butter.
3. Stir and bring to boil over medium heat. Let boil for 1 1/2 minutes, do not stir.
4. Remove from heat. Stir in oats and vanilla. Stir until oats evenly distributed.
5. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Cool. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
let stand about 45 min til firm
