Does anyone have any good and easy cookie recipes?

I want it from scratch. I can't bake im srry. Preferred chocolate chip or oatmeal.Does anyone have any good and easy cookie recipes?
Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies --








INGREDIENTS


1 cup butter, softened


1 cup packed light brown sugar


1/2 cup white sugar


2 eggs


2 teaspoons vanilla extract


1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour


1/2 teaspoon baking soda


1 teaspoon salt


3 cups quick-cooking oats


1 cup chopped walnuts


1 cup semisweet chocolate chips


Add to Recipe Box











DIRECTIONS


Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).


In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Mix in the quick oats, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.


Bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies --








INGREDIENTS


1 cup butter, softened


1 cup white sugar


1 cup packed brown sugar


2 eggs


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


2 cups all-purpose flour


2 1/2 cups rolled oats


1/2 teaspoon salt


1 teaspoon baking powder


1 teaspoon baking soda


2 cups semisweet chocolate chips


4 ounces milk chocolate, grated


1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts











DIRECTIONS


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Measure oats into a blender or food processor, and then blend to a fine powder. Set aside.


In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, oats, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir dry ingredients into creamed butter and sugar. Add chocolate chips, grated chocolate, and nuts.


Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes in the preheated oven.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies --








INGREDIENTS:


1 cup shortening


3/4 cup packed brown sugar


3/4 cup white sugar


2 eggs


1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda


1 teaspoon salt


2 cups rolled oats


2 cups semisweet chocolate


chips





DIRECTIONS:


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).


2. In a large bowl cream shortening, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Add eggs and mix thoroughly.


3. Combine the baking soda, salt and flour and stir into creamed mixture


4. Add oatmeal and chocolate chips and stir until well blended.


5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.Does anyone have any good and easy cookie recipes?
EASY OATMEAL LACE COOKIES





1/2 lb. softened butter (two sticks)


3 c. oatmeal


1 c. sugar


1 tsp. vanilla


1/2 tsp. salt





Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in oatmeal one cup at a time. Drop mixture by level teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet (4 across and 5 down). Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until cookies are thin and golden brown.


Allow to cool slightly before carefully removing from sheet. Place cookie sheets side by side, do not stack in oven.








NO BAKE CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES





2 cups sugar


1 stick butter (1/2 cup)


1/2 cup Pet milk


1 teaspoon vanilla


2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa


1/2 cup peanut butter


3 cups oats





In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except peanut butter and oats and cook over medium heat. Let boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.


Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and oats.





Spoon out quickly onto wax paper or aluminum foil. Cookies will harden as they set.
CHOCOLATE CHIP!!!





100 g (4 oz) margarine


75 g (3 oz) soft light brown sugar


2 x 15 ml spoon (2 tbsp) syrup


175 g (6 oz) Be-Ro Self Raising Flour


100 g (4 oz) chocolate chips


2 x 15 ml spoon (2 tbsp) milk





1 Heat oven to 180潞C, 350潞F, Gas Mark 4. Grease two baking trays.


2 Beat the margarine until soft, add the sugar and cream together until light and fluffy.


3 Stir in the syrup, flour, chocolate chips and milk and mix well.


4 Place spoonfuls of the mixture on the prepared trays and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from the tray immediately and place on a wire rack to cool.

Here is the recipe from Take Home Chef for Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies. They look really good!





Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies


1 tsp baking soda


1 cup of brown sugar


1 stick of butter


1 egg


1 cup of peanut butter (he used chunky, but creamy would be fine)


1/4 cup of honey


1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour


1 bar of chocolate (about 2 cups of broken chocolate pieces)


Mix the baking soda, brown sugar, and butter together. Add the egg. Then add peanut butter and honey. Then add flour and chocolate and fold the wet and dry ingredients together.





Roll into small/medium sized dough balls, 6 to a tray. Then bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.





Makes about 28 cookies
